LPN Per Diem

We are hiring dedicated and skilled Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our healthcare staffing agency in Kansas. As an LPN with our agency, you will deliver high-quality nursing care across a variety of healthcare settings, including long-term care, assisted living, rehab centers, and clinics. Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct nursing care under the supervision of an RN or physician in accordance with individual care plans

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, while ensuring proper documentation and adherence to safety protocols

Monitor patients for changes in condition, report concerns promptly, and implement appropriate interventions

Perform wound care, catheter care, and other skilled nursing tasks as needed

Supervise and direct CNAs and CMAs in the delivery of resident care

Accurately document all nursing care and observations in electronic or paper medical records

Follow all facility policies, infection control procedures, and KSBN and KDADS regulations

Travel to assigned facilities and adapt to different workflows and policies while maintaining a high level of professionalism

Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
